Reginald Henry "Reg" Callender (1892 – 5 October 1915) was an English amateur football outside left who played in the Football League for Derby County and Glossop.[1] He represented the England amateur national team.[3]
Personal life
Callender was a Cambridge Blue.[4] He served as a second lieutenant in the Durham Light Infantry during the First World War and died from wounds suffered from an accident with a grenade in France on 5 October 1915.[2] He was buried in Cite Bonjean Military Cemetery, Armentières.[2]
