Regentsmead

Regentsmead is a development finance lender based in Edgware, North London, and founded in 1934. Regentsmead lends on residential developments across England and Wales. Regentsmead work alongside medical research funders Rosetrees Trust.

Awards

Regentsmead was named "Best Development Lender" at the Bridging and Commercial Awards in 2010,[1] 2011,[2] and 2013.[3]

Astbury Estate

In 2014 Regentsmead worked with Judas Priest guitarist K. K. Downing and professional golfer Darren Clarke on the expansion of Downing's Astbury Hall stately home in Shropshire. Regentsmead funded the expansion of the estate's championship-standard golf course through the financing of on-site residential lodges.[4]

Publications

In 2014 Regentsmead launched industry newsletter “New Developments”,[5] discussing the latest issues in the wider development finance market and bring in contributions from industry leaders Adam Tyler CEO of the NACFB, Rob Jupp Chairman of the AOBP, Benson Hersch CEO of the ASTL, and Jane Duncan President Elect of the RIBA.
