Richard C. Martinez (born March 7, 1953) is a Democratic member of the New Mexico Senate, representing the 5th District since 2001.[1][2]
In March 2016, Martinez came under fire for a "racist Facebook post about Asian Americans." When asked about it by news media, Martinez reportedly refused to apologize.[3]
