Richland Hall is a historic building in Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

History

The three-storey red brick building was completed in 1894.[2] It was built by James A. Bowling, whose money came from the recent sale of prison farmland.[3] The West Nashville Masonic Lodge was founded here in 1898.[4] The building was used by the Freemasons from 1901 to 1915.[4] In the 1920s, rooms on the third floor was rented as the Richland Hall Hotel.[3]

The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 1, 1983.[5]
