Richmond Senior High School is a high school in Rockingham, North Carolina, United States. Richmond Senior is the only high school located in Richmond County. As a strong history in academics, the school has the distinction as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, a history of high academic growth after the collapse of the US Economy and it is highly recognized for its football team the Richmond Raiders from which a high proportion of NFL drafts have been selected compared to schools of similar sizes across the nation. 6 state championships
