Robert N. Clinton
Robert N. Clinton is an American constitutional lawyer, and law professor at the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, who sits on numerous native-American tribal appellate courts.[1]
Clinton received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1968 and a J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law in 1971.[1] In addition to teaching, he currently sits as Chief Justice of the Winnebago Supreme Court.[1]
In 2016, Clinton wrote a piece in U.S. News & World Report arguing that Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen of the United States, and therefore not eligible to run for president.[2]
