Rohit Varma is a wildlife photographer[1] and a Marketer. He was born on 25 May 1973 and resides in Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is the founder of R SQUARE consulting,[2] Director Social Media Week in India and Festival Director NatureIn Focus.[3][4]
Early life
Rohit was born in Balaghat , Madhya Pradesh and now lives in Bengaluru . He finished his graduation in commerce and law from Sagar University and Rani Durgavati University respectively. He has worked in several multinational companies like Justdial, Cybermedia , Kobian, AMD and SanDisk earlier in his career. He took up photography in 2010 and believes that photographs should be in creative commons. His photos have been published in various magazines.
Photography career
He is the founder of R SQUARE consulting, an experiential marketing agency . He is also the director of Social Media Week and Festival director of NatureIn Focus. He believes that as humans its our responsibility to give back to Nature by educating all about nature , wildlife and conservation. He has delivered a talk at TEDx[5][6][7] Bangalore on wildlife needs marketing and came up with a concept, 'half a flush to save a Tiger'.
