Rosendale Primary School is a primary school in West Dulwich, Lambeth, south London, England.[1] It is at the north end of Rosendale Road, between the railway and Turney Road.
Information
The school received an outstanding Ofsted report in October 2008 and again in May 2013.[2] It has over 600 pupils.
Buildings
The KS2 building dates back to 1899.
The school's library is housed in a converted London bus and was officially opened on 19 July 2011 by author Michael Morpurgo.[3] The "library bus" won the School Library Association's Library Design Award in 2011.[4] It is noted for its forward thinking pedagogy - negotiated learning, project based learning and co-operative learning.
