Ross Hart is an Australian politician. He ran as the Australian Labor Party candidate in the Bass at the 2016 federal election and was successful in defeating the sitting member, the Liberal Party of Australia's Andrew Nikolic with a 10.6% swing against him.[1]
Hart is a lawyer based in Launceston and a former president of the Law Society of Tasmania. He has also been a director of the Northern Tasmania Regional Development Board and campaign manager for Michelle O'Byrne, a previous member for Bass.[2]
