Ryan Lappin(g) is an Australian television personality and musician best known for co-hosting the popular children's morning show Cheez TV from 1995 until 2004. He has published reviews of popular music releases since the late 1990s.

Ryan and fellow Cheez TV host Jade Gatt performed numerous notable skits during their time on the program. One notable being an impression of the Australian Idol hosts Andrew G and James Mathison, in which Lappin taped his eyebrows high on his head, to emphasise Mathison's wide-eyed camera stare, whilst also speaking word by word with break intervals in between. Additional skit impersonations included a spin-off of the Network Ten program Rove Live entitled 'Ryan Live'.

Lappin is currently a member of the Australian band UfOBiA, previously known as The Grymm.

In 2009, he appeared in a television commercial for Dare Iced Coffee.

Lappin and his former Cheez TV co-host Gatt were special guests at AVCon in 2011, which ran from 22nd to 24 July for that year. AVCon is an anime and video games convention that is held yearly in Adelaide, South Australia, during July.

On Sunday, 14 February 2016, Lappin and his former Cheez TV co-host Gatt launched a podcast called "The Jade & Ryan Show".[1]
