Sándor Sörös

Sándor Sörös (born 27 October 1951, Budapest) is a Hungarian actor.

Life and career

In 1974, he graduated from the Academy of Drama and Film in Budapest, as the student of Zoltán Várkonyi. His teacher - the only one in the class to - immediately hired him to the Comedy Theatre of Budapest, where he played until 1991. Subsequently, he became a member of the National Theatre. He later worked as a freelancer.

He has worked on several Hungarian for (During his career for Kőműves Kelemen), and often played main roles. He was a founding member of The Rock Theatre and played Tigellinus in Hungary's first rock opera, Sztárcsinálók. He is also a voice actor, voicing most of Mel Gibson's films.
