Sakthibhadran (शक्तिभद्रः) was a Classical Sanskrit writer, who lived in ancient Kerala. He wrote Ascharyachoodamani (Devanāgarī: आश्चर्य चूठामणि ),[1] the first Sanskrit drama from South India. He may have been born in Kodumon a village in Adoor, Pathanamthitta, Kerala,[2] between the 7th and 11th centuries.[3]
