Sanganoni pally is a small village located in Mahbubnagar district, Telangana, India.
The population of the village is about 600, and it is heavily dependent on the agriculture. Major cultivations are paddy, Ground nuts (Peanuts), Jowar, wheat etc. Since last 6 Years, it has been a gram panchyat (including two to three surrounding small villages). People are very friendly. It has a primary school. It has two temples and a beautiful pond (only if it rains).
