The 20th Satellite Awards is an award ceremony honoring the year's outstanding performers, films, and television shows, presented by the International Press Academy. It took place on February 21, 2016.^[1]

The nominations were announced on December 1, 2015. The film The Martian leads all nominees with nine, including Best Film.^[2]
