Shenzhou 12 is an upcoming manned spaceflight of the Shenzhou program of China scheduled for launch in 2018. Originally intended to dock with Tiangong 3, the mission will instead dock with the core module of the Chinese large modular space station instead, according to a 13 August interview with Shenzhou chief designer Zhang Bonan.[1]
