Sheryl Sculley is the City Manager of San Antonio, serving since November 7, 2005. She previously served as the Assistant City Manager for the city of Phoenix, Arizona for 16 years. Prior to this, she served as City Manager for Kalamazoo, Michigan for 15 years. [1]
