Simon Behan (died January 2009) is a former All-Ireland Senior Football Championship winner with Dublin in 1963.[1] Simon played at corner forward with Dublin in 1963 when they won the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, there was a minutes silence before the opening NFL game at Croke Park in his honour before the game commenced. Behan won the Dublin Senior Football Championship with St Vincents in 1962, 1967 and 1968.
Behan scored a goal for Dublin against Galway in the 1963 final.[2]

In 1959, Kerry beat them 3 – 7 to 1 – 4, and in 1963 that Simon Behan goal for Dublin beat us, the score 1 – 9 to 0 – 10.
