Spermanthrax is a genus of moth in the family Gelechiidae. It contains the species Spermanthrax pycnostoma, which is found in Algeria.[1]
The wingspan is about 19 mm. The forewings are ochreous-whitish irrorated brownish, with a few scattered slightly raised deep black scales, the veins posteriorly sprinkled blackish. There is an indistinct oblique fuscous shade from the costa about one-third to the middle of the disc. The hindwings are pale whitish-blue-grey.[2]
