A ^ ^ "Suffocate" and "Just Go" were released together as a double A-side single in the United States.[46] "Just Go" was later re-released in the United States and Canada.[47] B ^ "Outside" did not enter the Billboard Hot 100, but peaked at number 11 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart, which acts as an extension to the Hot 100.[48] C ^ "How About You" did not enter the Billboard Hot 100, but peaked at number 19 on the Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart, which acts as an extension to the Hot 100.[48]
