Stryi Raion (Ukrainian: Стрийський район) is a raion in Lviv Oblast in western Ukraine. Its administrative center is Stryi, which is incorporated separately as a city of oblast significance and does not belong to the raion. Population: 61,948 (2016 est.)[1].
It was established in 1939 as part of Drohobych Oblast.
