SuperCasino.com (formerly Live Roulette) is an interactive gambling website owned and operated by NetPlayTV plc[2] with television segments on Channel 5, Super Casino (Sky 866) & Sky 218. The show originally launched as Vegas247 onto Sky Channel 274 by Vegas247 (Broadcasting) Limited . The brand was dropped in favour of Live Roulette on 14 August 2006 after the acquisition of Vegas247 Limited by Stream PLC (now NetplayTV PLC from Hi2 Limited[3] and was integrated into the SuperCasino family of products (Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and other casino games) in October 2008.[4]
SuperCasino is licensed and regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission[5] via an eGambling License.
Media
SuperCasino has its own TV channel, Super Casino, and broadcasts seven nights a week on Channel 5 under the EPG name 'SuperCasino' from between 00:00 and 01:30 to around 04:00 each morning, and is often simulcast on 5 USA and Sky 218.[6] It is broadcast live from studios in London, with additional broadcast facilities in Guernsey, CI.
SuperCasino regularly runs TV advertisements on major UK networks. Most famously the 'wanna be famous' campaign directed by Mark Lediard and featuring the backing track 'Wanna Be Famous' by Dave James.[7]
