The Laden Showroom is widely considered as London's leading showroom and store that promotes and supports young and independent fashion designers. Time Out Magazine describes the shop as "cutting-edge but very affordable designer clothing from the hottest independent talent on the scene is second to none" [1] while the London Evening Standard says it "has a strong celebrity following" [2] EasyJet describes the store as "a veritable magnet for keen-eyed fashionistas" in its inflight magazine, recommending The Laden Showroom to London visitors.

Established in 1999 by sister and brother team, Adele and Barry Laden MBE, the model for The Laden Showroom is founded on social entrepreneurial principles, where designers rent low-cost space to display and sell their products without being tied to contract.

Described in Vogue.com as a "bijou boutique", The Laden Showroom has been featured on television and in many newspapers and magazines in the UK and across the world.

Located at 103 Brick Lane, London, The Laden Showroom is open every day of the week and features over 65 designers occupying varying sized units.

The Laden Showroom was a finalist in the London Evening Standard O2 Inspiration Award for Business, announced 25 January 2007.[3]

Superbrands announced that The Laden Showroom was awarded CoolBrands status for 2008-09.[4]

In 2014 The Laden Showroom entered into an exclusive agreement to sell a range of designers online through ASOS.com.[5]
