The ONE Group is a global hospitality company that develops and operates upscale, high-energy restaurants and lounges and provides hospitality management services for hotels, casinos and other high-end venues both nationally and internationally. The ONE Group’s primary restaurant brand is STK, a modern twist on the American steakhouse concept with locations in major metropolitan cities throughout the U.S. and in London. STK Rebel SM, a more accessibly priced STK with a broader menu, is an extension of the STK bran. On August 27, 2012, Senior Vice President Celeste Fierro, and CEO Jonathan Segal of The ONE Group joined OmniPeace founder Mary Fanaro to ring the opening bell of the NASDAQ.[1]

The ONE Group's European locations, STK and Cucina Aselina, are now open in the ME Hotel London, the Foster and Partners-designed property in the Strand in the original home of BBC Radio.[2]

In February 2013, the group announced its 7th location of its STK steakhouse brand to Washington D.C., set to open Fall 2013 nearby Dupont Circle.[3]

In June 2013 Founder & CEO Jonathan Segal won the coveted Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in New York.

In October 2013, The ONE Group became a publicly quoted company through a merger with Committed Capital Acquisition Corp. (OTCQB:STKS)
