The Things were a lo-fi electronic band based in Canada. There are several other bands that have use this name, but current international trademarks are registered to this Canadian band.
History
The Things were formed initially as a two piece band with Kraig Adams singing and playing bass, and Lorenz Peter playing keyboards. The two met in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The pair moved to Vancouver BC and eventually Toronto where drummer Dominic Whelan was added.
In Toronto recordings were made and released on Kool Kat Records in 1995 as a five song EP.
