Timothy Dwight Hobart (October 6, 1855 – May 19, 1935) was an American school superintendent from Vermont, in the United States. He moved to Texas and became a land surveyor and land agent. He was later a manager of the JA Ranch, and mayor of Pampa, Texas.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}
