Torqabeh and Shandiz County (Persian: شهرستان طرقبه شاندیز; formerly Binalud County) is a county in Razavi Khorasan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Torqabeh. It was separated from Mashhad County in summer 2008. At the 2006 census, its population was 50,339, in 13,656 families.[1] The county is subdivided into two districts (bakhsh): Torqabeh District and Shandiz District. The county has two cities: Torqabeh and Shandiz.
