Further, Delhi High Court asked the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) to create regulations for the implementation of the same within three months of the court's order.[33][34] The Delhi High Court further directed the Government of Delhi and the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to consider and issue direction to implement guidelines to restrict junk food in schools.[35]
