The Wych Elm cultivar Ulmus glabra 'Ramulosa' was first mentioned by Loudon in Arboretum et Fruticetum Britannicum, 3: 1405, 1838 as Ulmus montana (: glabra) var. ramulosa Booth, but without description.[1]
