VG Holding Corp. was the owner of the video game developers Bioware and Pandemic Studios. They were acquired by Electronic Arts on October 11, 2007 for a total value of US$860 million. This was the largest acquisition ever by Electronic Arts, topping the US$680 million paid for JAMDAT Mobile in 2005. Their size at the time of their acquisition was at least 800 employees.[1]
