The Valea Nimăieștilor River or Nimăiești River is a right tributary of the river Crișul Negru in Romania. It discharges into the Crișul Negru in Beiuș. It starts at the confluence of headwaters Valea Mare River and Plaiu River.
The reach in the proximity of the village of Budureasa is sometimes referred to as Budureasa River.
