Valeri Fyodorovich Balyasnikov (Russian: Валерий Фёдорович Балясников; November 16, 1943 – November 1999[note 1]) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Top League in 1963 for FC Dynamo Moscow.[1][2]
