Vencer is a Dutch manufacturer of exclusive sports cars. On May 24, 2012 it was announced that the first prototype, called "# 1", from 2012, would be taken under the name Vencer Sarthe in production.
History
Vencer was found in 2010 and established in 2012 by its CEO Robert Cobben and is based in Vriezenveen. The first Vencer is the Sarthe, which had its world premiere in Monaco in April 2013.
Design Contest
Parallel with the new model, Vencer launched a design contest on May 2012 for their next supercar model. The competition had duration for almost one and a half year with participations closing on 10 September 2013 and participants reaching the amount of almost 350. The three finalists were announced by Vencer on January 2014.[1]
The three winners were:
- 1st - Vencer Nopeasti from Stevie (Finland)
- 2nd - Vencer Vainqueur from CLDesigns (USA)
- 3rd - The Vencer Galena from Greg (Australia)
