Vera Berdich
Vera Berdich (1915 in Cicero, Illinois – October 12, 2003 in Chicago) was an American printmaker.[1]
Life
She graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a B.A. in 1946. She worked for the WPA at Hull House.[2] She taught etching at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 1947 to 1979.[3] She influenced the Chicago Imagists group.
Her papers are held at the Archives of American Art.[4]
