Vibius was the nomen of the Roman gens Vibia (see Roman naming conventions). Various members of this family include:

- Gaius Vibius Rufus - Suffect consul of 16
- Vibius Fronto - Cavalry Colonel serving in Cilicia in 19
- Gaius Vibius Serenus - With Gaius Fonteius Agrippa, one of the four accusers of Marcus Scribonius Libo in 16. In 23 as Governor in Hispania, Serenus was convicted of violence and being of bad character. He was later deported. Serenus had a son of the same name, who served as a Roman Senator in 24[2]

- Vibia - Wife of consul Lucius Arruntius Camillus Scribonianus and mother to their son Lucius Arruntius Furius Scribonianus. In 52, Vibia was charged for inquiring from astrologers about the death of Emperor Claudius. She was expelled from Italy
