Victor Mensah (born 25 December 1985) is a Ghanaian footballer who has won the Thailand Premier League with club side Provincial Electricity Authority. He is currently playing for Nong Bua Lamphu in the Regional League Division 2.

He joined in 2008 to Provincial Electricity Authority[1] and won the Thailand Premier League in 2008.
