Victory Square is a cricket ground in Nelson, Nelson Region, New Zealand. The first recorded cricket match held on the ground came in December 1862 when Nelson played Wellington.[1] First-class cricket was first played there in February 1875 when Nelson played Wellington. Nelson played six further first-class matches at the ground between 1875 and 1887.[2] First-class cricket is no longer played there, but cricket is still played there by Wakatu Cricket Club.[3]
