Vrundavan (Marathi: "वृन्दावन") is a 2016 Marathi language romantic comedy action film. It is directed by TLV Prasad and stars Raqesh Vashisth, Pooja Sawant and Vaidehi Parashurami in lead roles.[1] It is an official remake of telugu film Brindavanam starring Jr. NTR .[2] Movie will have its theatrical release in cinemas on 8 April 2016.[3]
Plot
It revolves around 3 main protagonists, Krish, Pooja & Bhoomi who get along really well with one another. When Bhoomi’s father insists on her marriage and Krish has to play a role of her temporary boyfriend. Pooja (Pooja Sawant) asks her boyfriend Krish (Raqesh Vashisth) to help her friend Bhoomi (Vaidehi Parashurami) get out of a marriage alliance arrange by her father (Mahesh Manjrekar). Krish goes to Bhoomi's village pretending to be Bhoomi's boyfriend but realises that it is not going to be so easy melting the hearts of this large feuding family.Situations turn around and all three find their lives changed, hereafter.[4]
