William Carl Frailie was the former mayor of Ashland, Kentucky. Beforehand, in 1904, he had bought the Home Pharmacy of the late Wendell Meinhart, and it turn sold it in 1918.[2]
Fralie later owned a drug store in Catlettsburg, Kentucky, and died in the late 1970s at a very advanced age, still in the drug business.[3]
