We the People is the first studio album by Flipsyde, and the only album featuring DJ D-Sharp as an official member.
It was originally released on July 12, 2005. It was re-released with the additional track "Happy Birthday" later that year. A limited edition featuring five additional tracks was released in 2006 with an accompanying DVD. This DVD includes the music videos to "Someday", "Happy Birthday", and "Trumpets", as well as a live performance of "Flipsyde".

Someday was released on April 26, 2005. It was the first single from the album. The single Happy Birthday was released in late 2005, on the re-release of the album.
