William C. Frazer

William Clark Frazer (1776 – October 18, 1836) was a United States territorial judge.

Born in New Castle, Delaware, he studied law in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Frazer gave a eulogy in the Masonic Lodge, in Lancaster, on the death of George Washington in 1799.[1] In 1836, Frazer was appointed to the Wisconsin Territorial Supreme Court and he died in office in 1838.[2][3]
