William Penman
William Mitchell Penman (12 May 1917 – 3 October 1943) was a Scottish international rugby union player, who was killed in World War II, when he was shot down over Hanover.[1][2]
He was capped once for Scotland in 1939.[1][2] He also played for the RAF rugby team.[1]
