Wu Tsung-tsong (Chinese: 吳政忠; pinyin: Wú Zhèngzhōng) is the Minister without Portfolio of Executive Yuan of the Republic of China taking office on 20 May 2016.[1]
Early life
Wu obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from National Taiwan University in 1977, master's degree and doctoral degree in theoretical and applied mechanics from Cornell University in the United States.
