Zhengshun Plaza
Zhengshun Plaza (Chinese: 正顺广场), formerly known as the Xinshiji Plaza (Chinese: 新世纪广场) is an unfinished twin tower project in Dongmen, Shenzhen, China. Both of them stand 180 meters tall with 39 stories. Construction of the buildings started in 1993 and was topped out in 1998.[1] The main structure and its distinctive golden-coloured façade were largely completed when the developer abandoned the towers due to financial reasons in 2000. Renovation was said to have started after the building was sold to another developer in 2013.[2][3] It was sold again in 2015.[4]
