Álfheiður Ingadóttir (born 1 May 1951) was a member of parliament of the Althing, the Icelandic parliament 2007-2013 for the Left-Green Movement. She was Minister of Health for just under a year from 2009 to 2010. She was Deputy Speaker of the Althing in 2009-2012 and chair of the Left-Green parliamentary group 2012-2013.
