Abrahámovce is a village and municipality in Kežmarok District in the Prešov Region of northern central Slovakia.[1] In historical records[2] the village was first mentioned in 1286. It is ituated 12 km east from the district capital Kežmarok. The municipality lies at an altitude of 713 metres and covers an area of 6.653 km². It has a population of about 225 people.

Economy and Infrastructure

Part of Abrahámovce is a cottage settlement Píkovce with about 30 holiday chalets. The village is situated in a halfway between Poprad and Spišská Nová Ves. In Abrahámovce are kindergarten, foodstuff store, public library, football pitch and a pub. Important sightseeing is a rococo church reconstructed in the second half of the 18th century.
