Branislav Jovanović (Serbian Cyrillic: Бранислав Јовановић; born 21 September 1985) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays for Serbian SuperLiga club Voždovac, as a defensive midfielder.
Club career
Jovanović started his senior career with Jedinstvo Surčin. He also played for Beograd, before moving to Cypriot club Ethnikos Achna. In the 2009 winter transfer window, Jovanović returned to his homeland and signed with Napredak Kruševac.
In June 2009, Jovanović signed a four-year contract with Partizan.[1] He subsequently moved to Rad in the summer of 2010.
In the 2013 winter transfer window, Jovanović signed with Israeli club Hapoel Acre. After 3.5 years in Israel, backed to Serbia and signed to FK Voždovac.
International career
On 7 June 2011, Jovanović made his full international debut for Serbia, coming on as a substitute for Dejan Stanković in a 0–0 friendly draw against Australia.
