Chotíkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 11.26 square kilometres (4.35 sq mi), and has a population of 871 (as at 3 July 2006).
Chotíkov lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 86 km (53 mi) south-west of Prague.
