Christoffel "Chris" Hooijkaas (6 January 1861, Rotterdam – 15 October 1926, Rotterdam) was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. With helmsman Henri Smulders and fellow crew Arie van der Velden, Hooijkaas took the silver in the 1st race and the 4th place in the second race of the 3 to 10 ton.
