Curtis J. Jones Jr. is a Democratic Councilman representing the Fourth District[1] on the City Council of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He has served since 2008.[2]
Education
Councilman Jones is a graduate of Overbrook High School. He attended the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels School of Government, completed studies at Boston University’s A.C.C.A. program, and received a Master’s certificate in Contract Compliance in conjunction with the University of Alabama.[3]
