Domanín is a village and municipality (obec) in Hodonín District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 7.01 square kilometres (2.71 sq mi), and has a population of 1,007 (as at 1 January 2008).
Domanín lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Hodonín, 54 km (34 mi) south-east of Brno, and 240 km (149 mi) south-east of Prague.
